Competitive Rates Mean Better Care

Competitive Rates home care

Our goal is to provide you with some of the best quality nursing care while compensating our nursing staff with some of the best hourly wage rates in the area. Rates tend to vary greatly in the home nursing industry; therefore we try and keep our rate structure as competitive as possible.

Industry Rates are on the Rise

Private duty nursing care rates fluctuate widely from company to company and unfortunately, these rates seem to only be climbing higher and higher. Often the clients are paying a much higher rate per hour than the caregiver ever sees.

When this disproportionate hour fee occurs the client feels misled and the caregiver feels that they are being exploited which sadly creates an unpleasant working situation for all parties. Now the focus has become monetary when the focus needs to be on quality care.

Steady Rates are a Win/Win for All

We operate differently from most of our competitors. Our caregivers work through our agency as independent contractors and pay our agency a small fee. We require no contracts or deposits to establish service.

There are no hidden costs and rates that only change on major holidays. Plus, we have no extra charges for nights and weekends.

Currently, our rates start in the low $20s with the caregivers being well-informed of the charges. These rates seldom change while most of the competition has seen steady increases with the average competitor hourly rate being 30% to 40% higher.

Our company creates a win/win situation with our clients paying less and our caregivers making more. This honest approach creates an environment where most of the caregivers decide to stay with us, many remaining for decades. This enables us to have better continuity of care and therefore stay focused on our mission: caring.
